1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and pph33 (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") operating at pph33.cam. By creating an account, depositing funds, or accessing any pph33 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the pph33 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users accessing pph33 from the Philippines and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use pph33 services. This age requirement is in strict compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

pph33 reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

pph33 is intended exclusively for users physically located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pph33 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active pph33 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. The use of false information, including but not limited to fake names, addresses, or payment credentials, is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph33 account password and login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify pph33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

pph33 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Liability for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your pph33 account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify us of a suspected security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification and KYC

pph33 operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, we may require you to submit identification documents, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or similar), proof of address, and verification of payment methods.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

pph33 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits are typically credited to your pph33 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. pph33 does not charge processing fees for deposits, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 hour during business hours and up to 24 hours outside business hours.

pph33 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as specified in your account settings. VIP and high-roller accounts may be eligible for increased limits. pph33 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing, though expedited or premium withdrawal services may incur additional charges as communicated at the time of request.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. pph33 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 PHP on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive notification via email or SMS before any dormancy fees are applied.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

pph33 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These terms will be clearly communicated on the promotion page or via email/SMS notification.

Bonuses are provided at the sole discretion of pph33 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using fraudulent payment methods, or employing betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as possible account suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x, 40x). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times on eligible games before any bonus funds or winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute less (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are available in the bonus terms or upon request from customer support.

5.3 Maximum Bet and Maximum Win Limits

While wagering a bonus, a maximum bet limit applies, typically ₱100 PHP per spin or per hand, unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Some bonuses may also impose a maximum win cap, meaning that winnings exceeding the specified cap will be removed upon bonus completion.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

6.3 Game Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pph33 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other users
• Using false, fraudulent, or stolen payment methods
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in unfair play
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits after gameplay
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward pph33 staff or other users

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

pph33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at an y time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited after deducting applicable administrative costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, pph33 will endeavour to complete the investigation within fourteen (14) business days and communicate the outcome to your registered mobile number or email address. During the investigation period, you will not be able to access your funds or gameplay.

8. Intellectual Property and License

8.1 Platform License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, pph33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pph33 content.

8.2 Intellectual Property Ownership

All content on the pph33 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and audiovisual elements, is the intellectual property of pph33 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Third-party game content provided by software providers such as JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Vivo Gaming remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is used on the pph33 platform under valid licensing agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Platform Availability

pph33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pph33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, even if pph33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the pph33 platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The pph33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your expectations or that results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.

9.4 Force Majeure

pph33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or civil unrest. In such events, pph33 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to your pph33 account or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to respond and resolve your concern within five (5) business days.

10.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate the matter to pph33 management in writing. Please include your username, account details, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. We will respond to formal escalations within fifteen (15) business days.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

10.4 Regulatory Authority

pph33 operates within a PAGCOR-compliant framework. Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed through pph33's internal processes may seek recourse through the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority where applicable.
